My bank payment failed, what’s wrong?

The good news is that you can’t lose your money, it’s all safe! If your bank payment failed, we’ll always reimburse you as soon as possible.

The most common reason why a bank transaction fails is that you have forgotten to include the payment message (e.g. Bity.com ABCD-EFGH), or you got something wrong with it, or you put it into the reference field instead of the message field in your ebanking.

It also sometimes happens that a payment gets rejected by our broker Bity because they think it could be a fraudulent transaction. In that case you should try again with a small amount (e.g. 20 EUR). When that payment has cleared it should all work.

It also happens from time to time that a payment gets rejected by your bank because they don’t like the fact you are buying Bitcoin. In that case you should call them and explain Bitcoin to them.

What is an order id?

Each order has its own number with which it can be identified.

Where can i find it?

1. Switch to the 1st tab (previously invested) where you can see all your investments.

2. Click on the order you want to know the order id of.

3. You will find in this overview the order id (marked green)
